SUMMARY OF ROLE:  We currently have a rare opening for an experienced, polished and extremely professional executive assistant to work with a senior member of leadership in our Personal Appearance Department. The assistant's role is to ensure that established systems and procedures are followed, that the office is responsive, and that work is completed in a timely fashion. The assistant is responsible for the organization and administration of the office and for communicating effectively with the executive, with other employees and with outside business contacts. The assistant should be a strong, confident professional who is politically savvy with a good sense of humor.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 

To be considered applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an executive assistant in the entertainment industry. Music industry experience and a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be smart and detail oriented, with strong computer and organizational skills and excellent recall. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
