| With a unique blend of infectious
rap beats combined with tounge-in-cheek lyrics, comedic hip hop
duo Supafloss are blurring the line between music and sketch comedy.
Michael Rivkin and Kirk Ward, both accomplished musicians and actors
in their own right, got their start collaborating with Jack Black
and Kyle Glass in the early stages of Tenacious D.
After forming their own group, Supafloss cut their own album and
went on to produce some of the most memorable music videos on the
web. They are probably best known for their song “Chuck Norris,”
which quickly became an on-line sensation. The video features heavy-hitters
Jack Black, John C. Reilly and Chris Parnell. Topics of other tracks
run the gamut from Harriett Tubman to “man-crushes”
and how every band starts out as an “opening act.”
